Key Account Executive duties and responsibilities

Responsible for the sales numbers from the India & International region through Inboundand Outbound Channels
Align with internal teams (Inside Sales, Marketing,) to deliver the numbers.
Manage the end-to-end sales process after lead qualification and provide clear visibility onthe pipeline to the leadership team

Design, develop, implement, and maintain java application phases, code, and software.
Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging, as well as recommending changes to improve the established processes.
Transform requirements into stipulations and identify production and non-production application issues.
Patience and perseverance to overcome challenges, solve problems, and learn new computer languages and techniques.
Familiarity with a variety of designs, languages, and methodologies (e.g. MySQL, J2EE, Micro services, Agile and Scrum).

Responsibilities:

Based on the functional specifications and the high level design, provides on-going support in terms of fixing of issues reported by clients as well as working on enhancements/change requests.
Contribute to Software Development Estimation.
Create technical documents for the enhancements/change requests that are being developed.
Perform root cause analysis and unit testing ensuring high quality of fixes. Supporting clients across different geographies. (Willingness and flexibility to work as per client timings desirable.)
Able to contribute towards the product stability by bringing new ideas and approach.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
